ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Guidelines for Submission

The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the submitting (presenting) author to present the abstract in person (if accepted) at the session and time assigned by the Scientific Committee. Registration fees will not be waived, and virtual presentations are not permitted. The presenting author must be registered for the congress; otherwise, the abstract will be withdrawn.
Abstracts may be submitted for a poster presentation. All abstracts must be submitted in English. Please disclose any potential conflicts of interest and sources of funding. Standard abbreviations should be used; any non-standard abbreviations must be defined in brackets upon first use.

The first/presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have read and approved the abstract.
Authors are responsible for the linguistic and scientific quality of the abstracts they submit. If necessary, authors are encouraged to seek assistance from English-speaking colleagues. Abstracts will be published as submitted; spelling, grammar, or factual errors will not be corrected. No revisions will be accepted after the abstract submission deadline. Only properly submitted abstracts will be considered for the congress.

The content of the abstract must relate to one of the following topics:

  • Lipoprotein function and signaling
  • Mechanisms of vascular dysfunction and atherogenesis
  • Obesity and related lipid dysfunction
  • New clinical studies and therapies in lipid disorders
