Abstract Submission Guidelines
Registration
Submission of an abstract does not replace congress registration. All presenting authors must complete a regular congress registration via the official congress website in order to attend the congress and present their accepted abstract.
Review Process
Abstract review will take place after the extended submission deadline (September 30, 2026).
Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection in October 2026.
Selection & Presentation
Abstract selection is carried out by the Program Committee.
Accepted abstracts will be presented in a poster session. A selection of abstracts will additionally be chosen for oral presentation within the scientific program.

Preparing an Abstract
Title: Clearly indicate the nature of the investigation.
Abstract Body: The maximum length of the abstract text is 3,000 characters (including spaces), excluding the title, author names, and affiliations. The abstract should be structured using the following headings:
Background: Briefly state the rationale for your study.
Aims: Clearly list the aim(s) of your study.
Methods: Provide sufficient detail for the reader to understand the experimental design, analytical techniques, and statistical methods used.
Results: Present objective data that address your scientific question(s).
Conclusions: Present only conclusions that are directly supported by your results, along with their implications for clinical practice. Avoid speculation or overgeneralization.
